The Presidio
The Presidio is a sort of park just south of the Golden Gate Bridge. It used to be (still is ?) a military zone that you can cross. These first three shots here are in fact the eastern limit of the Presidio, a thing called "the palace of fine arts", built for some international exposition of 1915.
